Cancellation Policy
Once your booking is approved you will receive an email for deposit payment to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is payable directly to the tour guide on the day of the tour. To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us. The deposit is non-refundable unless the tour is canceled by the tour guide or fierce events, you will then receive a full refund of the deposit paid.You will be notified promptly if a cancellation occurs.
